This device has changed my life. I am EXTREMELY motivated to lose weight and get healthy from the inside out. I HIGHLY recommend this product to ANYONE wanting to lead a healthy life style! I am at the beginning of my life long journey and this helps me stay on track, gives me motivation, direction, and HOPE!
