I am looking to lose 30-35 lbs in 5 months for a wedding I’m attending. So I’d like to know which weight loss program between Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers and Nutrisystem is TRUELY the most effective, and also which has the best food. My 26th bday is in late January and I’m planning on having a big party, I have to admit this year I have really let myself go due to new job and work schedule. I want to lose 15-20 lbs in a month and I’m willing to spend up to $300 on pills to help me lose the weight, only I have absolutely no knowledge on what to buy to help me lose the weight fast.
